Leading the transformation of a slowly evolving beach community, Railyard Lofts introduced luxury Multi-Family living to a transit dominated location. The ground-up project features large, highly detailed residences on a compact former landscape materials storage site.

Awarded the first LEED GOLD multi-family residential designation in San Diego’s North County, the design was driven by a vision of city sophistication and beach casual materiality.
